  • 答：RSL CQ创意技术与多媒体等级认证包括两个项目：视频博主等级认证与播客博主等级认证。视频博主等级认证针对的是视频博客制作者/发布者。播客博主是以声音为主播方式发布的多媒体，通常是访谈或类似音效形式。两种作品都以在线方式发布，用户可在视频平台或音频平台进行收看/收听，例如线上广播电台、YouTube、Spotify、Apple Music等。
  • Q: What are the RSL Creative Qualifications (CQs)?
    A: The Creative Qualifications cover two digital media communication: Podcasting and Vlogging. Vlogging is the process of creating a video blogpost (Vlog). Podcasting is the process of creating a spoken audio recording which often takes the form of interviews and relevant audio effects. Both are then uploaded to the cloud (published online) where they are listened to using digital streaming services, such as online radio stations, YouTube, Spotify and Apple Music.

  • Q: What qualification do you get?
    A: The Creative Qualifications run from Debut – Grade 8 like instrumental music exams, but, unlike Graded Music Exams, the course is 100% coursework so assessment is done by submitting your finished work to a secure portal for marking.

  • Q: Who are they for?
    A: The Creative Qualifications are designed for anyone who wants to gain a globally-recognised qualification in Podcasting or Vlogging. They can be studied by individuals independently or with a teacher. They are particularly well-suited to teachers looking for ways of giving groups or whole classes of students a route to gaining a creative qualification in digital media through their curriculum, extra-curricular clubs and out of hours provision.
  • 问：认证是以什么样的方式来评判结果的？有考试吗？
  • 答：每个等级的认证都由两项组成：满分100分，其中90分针对课程作业任务，剩下的10分是考生自评。提交认证材料时，考生既要根据考纲要求制作和上传视频博客/播客，也要上传个人自评。英国考官对考生提交的素材进行审核，最终定级结果为：及格、良好、优异。有关具体评分标准，详见考纲：视频博主等级认证//播客博主等级认证。
  • Q: How is it assessed? Is there an exam?
    A: Each qualification is assessed through 90% portfolio submission and a 10% critical evaluation. This means that, for each grade, students work through a practical coursework task and, when it is finished, they complete an evaluation of their work and upload both for submission to a secure portal. Our team of examiners then mark the work and give students a grade. The work is marked out of 100 and students gain either a Pass, Merit or Distinction.   • 问：我会收到证书吗？

  • Q: Do I get a certificate?
    A: Yes. Students are given a digital marksheet and a certificate for the grade they have completed.

  • 答：考官专门为每个考生录制点评视频。考生所在报名机构可从RSL账户中获取视频并转发考生。
  • Q: What other feedback do I get?
    A: Students will also receive unique video feedback from their examiner sent digitally to their RSL Awards account.
  • 问：CQ等级认证第六至八级能有UCAS加分吗？
  • 答：UCAS加分适用性正在申请中。
  • Q: Do grades 6 – 8 carry UCAS points?
    A: UCAS points are still to be allocated.
  • 问：参加CQ等级认证，考生需要购买书本吗？
  • 答：参加CQ等级认证，没有RSL指定书籍，但考生及其老师必须完整阅读《考纲说明》，了解每个等级的内容要求。另外，该套考纲与英国GoCreate学院联合开发，该学院将出版配套教材，包括考纲所要求的全部知识点以及作业任务。
  • Q: Do I need to buy a book to do this qualification?
    A: There aren’t any RSL published books that are needed in order to undertake this qualification. We do suggest that candidates and teachers use the syllabus guide to understand the requirements at each grade. GoCreate Academy are producing publications to accompany the grades covering all the content needed for the qualification, including the coursework tast.

  • Q: How and when do I enter for an exam?
    A: You can enter for your exam at any time as assessment is via submission of coursework. Entries will be available from October 2020.
  • 问：报名之后什么时间之内上传我的文件？
  • 答：考生报名一个月之内上传全部课程作业任务文件。
  • Q: How long do I have between paying for my qualification and submitting my coursework?
    A: Candidates will have 1 month from the point of purchasing an assessment in which to submit their coursework.

  • Q: I am a teacher and want to enter a whole class for their qualification, how do I do this?
    A: Please contact info@rslawards.com.cn or area reps in China to submit your entries for a whole class.
  • 问：成为RSL CQ认证场地，需要交场地费吗？
  • 答：RSL不收取任何场地费或服务费用。但成为RSL签约代理机构时，根据各区域代理机构的运营模式，上级代理机构可能会收取服务费，作为提供指导与报名服务的运营成本费用。
  • Q: Do I need to pay a centre fee?
    A: No. There are no centre fees as all assessment is carried out via online submission of a portfolio.
